If a minor participates in the competition, the entry form must be signed by the minor’s parent/guardian, who is responsible for the safety and health of the minor. All participants must have their entry fee receipt and ID document with them when collecting their start number.

Pre-registrations are invited until 05.08.2023 via www.prijavim.se.
Everyone with a paid entry fee in the pre-registration will receive a sports T-shirt and a practical gift.

The entry fee is payable to the organiser, Hg zavod za sport Idrija, ul. zmage 30, 5280, Idrija, TRR opened at SKB d.d. SI56 0311 9100 0255 215, with the indication – Purpose: “COMPETITOR’S FULL NAME” start fee Hg trail Idrija 2024. The entry fee is confirmed and final when payment is received.

Start numbers:
The starting numbers can be collected on Friday between 16.00 and 20.00 and on Saturday from 5. 9:00, in the Blue Hall (next to the bus stop), depending on distance and start. Start and finish in the Town Square.
Awards:
The top three finishers in each distance category will receive medals. Trophies are awarded to the overall winners, men, women, in each distance.
Refreshment stands:
The Organiser shall provide a total of seven refreshment stations, four of which shall serve food and drinks, three of which shall serve drinks. At the finish line, everyone gets a hot meal (žlikrofe) and a drink (water, juice, beer or a glass of brandy).
Markings on the track:
The route will be marked with ribbons, signposts, ground markings and mountain markings.
Checkpoints:
Registration at checkpoints is compulsory, if a competitor fails to register at a checkpoint he/she is disqualified.
Route:
The route is mainly paved mountain paths and macadam, partly asphalt.
Security:
The safety is ensured by the ranger service, there will be a GRS rescue service on a certain section of the route, and a medical service at the finish line.
Competition rules:
On sections where there is no special security with marshals, all competitors must obey all road traffic rules as normal. By signing the entry form, all participants acknowledge that they are familiar with the Competition Rules, which are published on the organiser’s website. All competitors who do not have access to the Internet must notify the Organiser at least 10 days before the competition so that the Rules can be sent to their address in writing. By signing the entry form, each participant warrants that he/she is in a state of health to complete the specified courses of the event for which he/she has entered without any medical complications or injury. By signing the entry form, all participants agree to compete at their own risk and not at the risk of the organiser.
General:
The Organiser of this Competition shall have the right, in case of force majeure, to modify the content of this Competition Notice or, in case of extreme emergency, to cancel the Competition and to take such action as may be specified in the Competition Rules. The Organiser shall issue an Event Information Booklet 14 days before the start of the event.
